1999 Gyan Putra scheme introduced

In 1999 the Society introduced the Gyan Putra Scheme which aims to encourage children from financially disadvantaged background to stay at school and complete their education

2000 Review of Gyan Putra scheme

The progress in implementation of Gyan Putra scheme revealed several weaknesses, so that the scheme was reviewed and a new plan of action proposed.

May 2001. Education Committee established

The purpose of establishing committee of education was to prepare a comprehensive plan of education. The committee comprised of six members representing the local community, the society and also experienced educationalists from the Pali District The committee found that there was a need for: A school offering high standards of education with internationally accepted student/teacher ratio
