How It Works
Register for the services of SMSParking
Fill in the web form which you can find on the registration page. You will be charged a single amount of € 5.00, inclusive of VAT, for the registration costs. SMSParking does not charge a monthly membership fee for the use of parking services. After the registration, if you’re a private user, you’re account will be automatically be activated when SMSParking successfully collected the € 5,00 registration fee. If you are registering as business user, you will receive an e-mail with a contract attached to it; please sign that contract and send it back using the regular mail or fax. When you confirm your registration, you should wait for a while to allow the registration process to be fulfilled. After the registration process has been finalized, you will receive an e-mail message with the information that you may start using the parking services. All you should do is log in to and fill in the cell phone numbers you wish to use for the parking services.
Park your vehicle and start using the SMSParking services
Park your vehicle and send a text message to 4030. The message should contain the registration number of your vehicle and the area code; that code is a numeric code of the parking area and can be found on any parking machine. A space (empty character space) must be inserted between those two data. Immediately after you texted that message, you will receive a reply text informing you that your parking time has commenced.

If you wish to end the parking time with SMSParking, all you need to do is text the letter Q to 4030. You will be charged no more than the time your vehicle spent parked (in minutes).

Any text message sent to 4030 costs the same amount as any other text message sent to any other number - no reverse billing - whilst the text messages sent to you by SMSParking cost € 0.10, inclusive of VAT. You will be charged for that amount at the same time when you are charged for the parking time. SMSParking does not charge any other additional costs (no transaction costs).
If you opt for alerts, you will receive a text alert every 60 minutes informing you that your parking service is still active. You can add this option through My SMSParking page, after the completion of your registration.

Pay afterwards
On the Internet page My SMSParking, you may always check your transaction and costs history. All of the costs due will be automatically taken from your bank account or your credit card account (Visa or MasterCard) every two weeks. Once a month, you will receive an e-mail message with the statement of total parking costs made in the previous month attached to it.
