In order to make use of the services provided by SMSParking BV, it will be necessary to enter in the system and manage various personal data of a user.The registered data shall be kept in accordance with stringent privacy protection regulations and in a secure office environment.
The administration kept by SMSParking BV complies with the requirements stipulated in the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act; the registration of SMSParking BV was received by the Personal Data Protection Board, on April 25, 2008, and registered under number M1364886.
These personal data shall never be used for commercial purposes other than the provision of services to the User by SMSParking B.V.
The User is entitled to inspect all of the personal data registered in the system.
It can be done free of charge, through the personal web page; it is also possible to receive, upon request, a written printout of the registered personal data.
